TRANSPORT AND PARKING

Brisbane Bullion is conveniently located 2mins walk from Central Station. Public parking is available in King George Square where the first 15 minutes is free*.  

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

Orders are available for collection between 9:30am and 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. Please call (07) 3184 8200 to book an appointment after you receive an ‘Available for Collection’ status update email. Please let us know if you require us to book a Reserve Vault appointment to coincide with your collection.

LARGER ORDERS

The loading dock on Adelaide Street is available for booking between 3pm and 3:35pm, Monday to Friday, for orders over 15kg**. Please call us with 48 hours’ notice to allow us time to book this option.  Full security monitoring is available between our office and the loading dock. One of our friendly staff will be available if you require assistance moving your order down to the loading dock.

IDENTIFICATION REQUIRMENTS

Photographic identification is required to enter our office. Most customers bring either a Driver’s Licence, Passport or Adult Proof of Age card.

PAYMENT METHODS

We currently accept bank transfers and in-store cash payments.
