Holiday Shipping Cut-Off Dates
For a Joyful and Timely Celebration
As the holiday season approaches, we want to ensure that your festive preparations are as smooth and joyful as possible. Please take note of our shipping cut-off dates to ensure your items arrive in time for the celebrations.
Cut-Off Dates
- For Australia Post Orders The cut-off date is Friday, 6th December. Orders placed for delivery by this date to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery.
- StarTrack The cut-off date is Friday, 13th December. Ensure your orders for other items are completed by this date to receive them before Christmas.
- Unsure if your order will ship via AusPost or StarTrack? Give us a call on (07) 3184 8200.
- We will continue to dispatch Australia Post Orders until Tuesday, 10th December and StarTrack orders until Wednesday, 18th December, however, please note that orders dispatched after the cut-off dates are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
Pre-Christmas Checklist
To ensure your order is processed smoothly, please ensure the following:
- Items In Stock: The items you order must be in stock and ready for immediate collection/dispatch.
- Payment Confirmation: We must have received your payment by the cut-off dates mentioned above.
Special Note
If you have an urgent order that needs to be delivered by Christmas and are concerned about meeting the cut-off date, please don't hesitate to contact us at (07) 3184 8200. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Continuous Support
Email Assistance: Throughout the holiday period, we will be actively monitoring our emails. Rest assured, we will be available to assist with any inquiries you might have.
Post Cut-Off Orders and Break Period
After 18th December: You can still place orders as normal. However, please be aware that our dedicated staff will be taking a well-deserved break from dispatching any orders after this date.
Resumption of Dispatch: Regular dispatching will resume in the first week of January. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this period.
We will be open for business as usual for In-Person Visits and Collections until 5pm on Friday the 20th of December 2024, after which our office will be closed for in-person trading until the 6th of January 2025.
